DESCRIPTION:
Removed and reinstalled all stucco. Removed and re-installed windows. Supply and installed rainscreen and waterproofing system along with roofing membranes on top floor decks. Flashings were painted with custom color on site to provide quality finished look. Metal roofs were painted on the top floor.

DESCRIPTION:
Removed stucco. Conducted extensive mould rehabilitation working with environmental consultants. Replaced decayed wood from structure. Installed new roofing, replaced stucco and installed new windows. Work was conducted under time constraints to ensure classrooms were ready in time for school. Working with environmental consultant, mould was kept from entering occupied areas during remedial work and project was completed on time.
